Menu of Services

SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish Massage uses a system of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. Used primarily for a full-body session, it promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of motion, and relieves muscle tension.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper layers of muscle tissue and uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage. This technique is used to release chronic muscle tension on more specific areas through slower strokes as the pressure is generally more intense.
