Private Entry Room

As you enter Susan’s Sanctuary, the entry room welcomes you with a space that you can privately enjoy a cup of morning coffee, an afternoon tea, or work on your computer. A beautiful vase of flowers, chilled champagne with fluted glasses, platter of fresh fruit, selective cheeses, crackers and chocolate covered strawberries will await you (if ordered in advance).

Bedroom

A peaceful nights sleep awaits you on a premium queen size mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets along with down pillows and a down comforter. An alarm clock with the time illuminated on the ceiling keeps you silently aware of the time. End table lamps on both sides of the bed provide for built-in night reading along with speakers in the ceiling for listening to soothing music. Leave the window open and be lulled to sleep with the tranquil sound of water rushing into the small lighted pond stocked with koi and gold fish.

Bathroom

Large private bathroom off the bedroom with a frosted glass enclosed shower. Antique oak dresser for your belongings, oak cabinet filled with extra towels and hairdryer along with other bath necessities.

Spare Sitting Room

This room offers a private sitting room/bedroom with a twin size daybed. It can be used for a sitting room to read, work on your computer using our free WIFI with plenty of light provided. A cozy room to listen to music with built-in speakers in the ceiling.

An individual DVD player and DVD's are also provided for your enjoyment.

Dining Room / Common Room

Enter into the dining room for breakfast each morning and find the coffee brewing and your gourmet continental breakfast waiting for you at YOUR requested time. For your personal convenience and pleasure there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. For your relaxation there is a recliner and a rocker, flat screen LED HDTV, and a dining table all in front of a gas fireplace. This room is open and available to our guests 24/7.

Massage Room

This specially designed massage room awaits your arrival for a scheduled 60 minute massage. After a long hot shower, slip into a plush robe and be escorted into the massage room for either a Swedish relaxing massage or a deep tissue massage. A great way to begin any day or end a day of hiking through some beautiful trails in the area.

The Outdoor Sanctuary, “Henry’s Haven”

You will not only enjoy the inside of Susan’s Sanctuary but your host Henry takes great pride in landscaping “Henry’s Haven” in our one acre yard for your pleasure. Relax by the lighted pond at night enjoying your favorite beverage or toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. During the day you may want to just relax at the outdoor sanctuary reading or catching some rays. If the shade is your pleasure, enter into our screened-in outdoor rustic gazebo located next to the pond.
